Circular Window Sight Glasses

Product Description Flat and domed pressure resisting viewing glasses, sealed into threaded plugs to be screwed into tank walls and sumps.

Product Function To provide visual indication of the presence of liquid at a given level in tanks, sumps and other liquid carrying recipients.

Features Compact and very safe in application. Range of glass configurations to assist visibility under most varied conditions of service, including: flat glass, domed glass and circular internal reflex corrugations. Internal metal reflector further assists vision. Elastomeric seals ensure good operating range of mediums and temperature.

Benefits Very compact and unobtrusive visual level check, to serve on its own or as back-up for other level control and monitoring systems. Easy to install or remove for cleaning and maintenance.

Sizes Available 1/2" to 2" threaded sizes available, but others can be added on request.

Materials of Construction Body: Mild Steel Zinc plated, passivated. Seals: Nitrile or Viton Viewing Window: Borosilicate heat resisting glass and toughened Sodalime glass.

Pressure and Temp Range Up to 24 bar g. and 180°C depending on size and specification.
